Job description

Responsibilities:

Contributing to the design, deployment, and monitoring of end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions.
Designing and implementing AI agents, copilots, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications to support business processes.
Integrating AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, knowledge repositories, and platforms such as ServiceNow.
Exploring, evaluating, and benchmarking LLMs, AI SDKs, and emerging technologies to address business needs.
Participating in innovation initiatives and rapid prototyping of AI-driven solutions.
Defining best practices and enabling client and internal teams in the adoption of AI technologies.

Requirements

Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with SQL and data transformation.
Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts, including prompt engineering, RAG, agents, and tool calling.
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
Experience working with LLM platforms and SDKs (Azure OpenAI, Claude, OpenAI, or similar).
Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, ServiceNow AI capabilities, or equivalent enterprise AI platforms.
Experience designing and integrating AI solutions into business processes and enterprise systems.
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
