Job description

The Senior DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the client organization's cloud strategy. This position requires close collaboration with development and operations teams to establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate operational workflows, and enhance overall infrastructure efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in cloud technologies, DevOps methodologies, and security practices to drive agility, scalability, and operational resilience. Develop and implement sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms to extract valuable insights from large, diverse data sets

Requirements

• Designing, implementing, and managing AWS Public Cloud infrastructure.
• Proactively monitoring AWS environments using CloudWatch for efficient issue resolution.
• Developing and implementing robust Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions.
• Expertise in managing AWS services such as EC2, Lambdas, S3, VPC, IAM, Athena, Glue, SQS, Kinesis Firehose, RDS, and CloudWatch.
• Providing Tier 1 to 3 support, including leading remote assistance and managing escalations.
• Configuring and maintaining Security Groups to uphold strong security postures.
• Utilizing Terraform or OpenTofu for resource provisioning, configuration, and management.
• Hands-on experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like GitLab for automating pipelines and orchestrating deployments.
• Development experience in AWS environments including ECS, Fargate, and EKS, optimizing for scalability and performance
