Backend Engineering manager

As an Engineering Manager , you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and innovative projects, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and practices, driving excellence and efficiency across the team. The role will lead a team of engineers including test engineers. The role is expected to be technically competent in supporting the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager or similar leadership role within the software development industry.
  
• Strong technical background, with expertise in software engineering and development methodologies.
  
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  
• Strong Java knowledge
  
• Strong knowledge of working distributed systems using technology like graphQL
  
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (Ideally Azure)
  
• Working with Salesforce knowledge would be a bonus.
  
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
• Passionate about technology and continuous learning.
