Job description

We are seeking a Bid Manager to manage the preparation and submission of responses to RFx documents to work in Hibrid mode in Aveiro-

You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating internal teams, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing regular status updates. The role involves working closely with sales and account management teams to gather necessary client information and ensuring the consistency and quality of the response documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze RFx documents and understand the client's needs.

  • Identify and engage the appropriate internal teams to prepare the response.

  • Schedule and manage the response preparation process to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Provide regular status updates to responsible stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to gather all necessary client information.

  • Compile contributions from different teams, review, and ensure consistency in the tone and messaging across all response documents.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Ability to think critically and provide strategic insight to enhance the response process and outcomes.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on ensuring high-quality submissions.

  • Strong written and spoken English.

  • Good understanding of the telecommunications or IT industry (preferred).

  • A background in Engineering or Management is preferred.

  • Experience with RFx documents and bid processes (preferred)
