The client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and act as a facilitator between the business areas and the technical teams. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in requirements analysis, process modeling, and supporting the definition of data-driven business strategies.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, proposing effective solutions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the organization’s strategic objectives are achieved. Their role will be essential for continuous process improvement and the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities
• Identify and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Analyze and model business processes, proposing improvements and innovative solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
• Create and maintain documentation of requirements, workflows, and use cases
• Work with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure continuous deliveries aligned with business needs
• Support change management and the adoption of new technological solutions within the organization
• Perform feasibility analyses and evaluate the impact of proposed solutions
• Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics for projects
• Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment

Requirements

Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Over 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Proven experience in business process analysis and modeling (BPMN, UML)
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and business analysis frameworks
• Experience with requirements management tools such as GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to solve complex problems
• Experience in requirements gathering and facilitating workshops with stakeholders
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis to support decision-making (optional but preferred)
• Experience with BI, Data Analytics, and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (optional but preferred)
• Certifications in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA-CPOA) (optional but preferred)
• Analyst with some experience in migration projects
