Job description

Right now, we are looking for a Business/Functional Analyst to integrate our team.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Conducting detailed requirements gathering for business needs related to system development;
  • Identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement;
  • Documenting functional specifications and business processes clearly;
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business requirements;
  • Supporting testing phases by validating requirements and providing feedback;
  • Facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams;
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of business processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

You must have:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business or functional analysis;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Systems Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of business process modeling and requirement elicitation techniques;
  • Experience with documentation tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, user stories);
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Proven ability to identify and propose process improvements.
