Cash Management Analyst — ATM Operations

Every morning, thousands of ATMs need to have the right amount of cash.
Too little and customers can't withdraw. Too much and capital sits idle.
You'd be the person making sure that balance is right — every single day.

This is an operational analytics role with direct, real-world impact.
Your models, your supply orders, your reports. No waiting months to see results.


What you'll do:

  • Analyse daily ATM performance indicators — capacity vs. consumption, permanent and temporary cash levels
  • Generate daily supply orders based on your consumption analysis —  your output triggers real logistics actions
  • Identify statistical trends and patterns across the ATM network to anticipate demand before it becomes a problem
  • Validate supplier invoices against orders — you close the loop on the full operational cycle
  • Build reports, presentations, and documents for internal teams and external clients
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

What you bring:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Management, or Economics (Bachelor's mandatory, Master's preferred)
  • Strong Excel and Access skills — you work fast and accurately
  • SQL Server and T-SQL knowledge — you're comfortable querying data directly
  • VBA or other scripting knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of Information Systems and how they integrate
  • Analytical mindset: you find patterns, not just numbers

Experience:

  • Ideal: operational cash management experience at a CIT company or bank
  • Also great: indicators analyst, data analyst, or consultant background — we'll teach you the sector
