Job description

We are looking for a Cloud Architect, for a project in Lisbon, typically 2 days per week at the client’s office in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities will be:

Design, prototype, and validate scalable and secure cloud solutions;
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards using tools such as Terraform or similar;
Lead the technical implementation of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, FluxCD, ArgoCD, or others;
Provide hands-on technical leadership to DevOps teams across multiple projects;
Contribute to the evolution of our DevOps best practices and cloud architecture strategy.

Requirements

Academic background in Software Engineering or a related field;
Strong hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
Recent experience in DevOps projects, particularly involving:

Infrastructure automation (Terraform or similar);
CI/CD implementation with modern toolsets;

Previous experience in software development projects.

Nice to have

Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified, Azure, GCP);
Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies;
Knowledge of networking concepts and cloud networking.
