Job description

The global Public Cloud Enablement team provides cloud environments to internal customers taking into consideration Client`s security rules and governance guidelines, in a context that is aware of the company’s tooling ecosystem and processes. Alongside with the cloud environment, the client also provide connectivity services and consulting.
Therefore, the following competences are expected from the service provider:

- Good Cloud Networking Knowledge.

▪ Experience with cloud networking services such as VPC (AWS), VNet (Azure), and Virtual Network (GCP), including configuration and optimization.

▪ Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and other networking protocols.

▪ Knowledge of hybrid cloud connectivity solutions such as AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, and VPN gateways

- First and second level support experience.

- Automation mindset in the daily task internal y on our service and on the contact with the customer.

- Proven ability to identify, isolate, and resolve connectivity issues in complex environments, including cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-premises, and multi-region scenarios

- Collaboration in a virtual a dynamic environment speaking mostly in English.

Requirements

To deliver the above competences, the client considers relevant for the outsourcing company to assure consultants with a skillset and experience covering the following areas or tools:

• Basic Knowledge of AWS or AZURE products and solutions.

• Shell scripting capabilities

The client gives preference to providers that also demonstrate competences in:

• Coding (preferably Python, but Angular, JavaScript, C# or others are also a plus)

• Windows and Linux administration

- Senior Level - Cloud Networking AWS or AZURE (VPC/VNET, Route tables, VPC/Private endpoints…)
- Senior Level - TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and other networking protocols
- Mid-Level - AWS Direct Connect
- Mid-Level - Azure ExpressRoute
- Mid-Level - VPN gateways
- Junior Level - Python
- Mid-Level - ShellScript
- Mid-Level - Powershell
