Job description
The service to be provided is to implement efficient operating contracts with reliable partners, ensuring that the internal interest are safeguard while fitting to the program strategic goals and acts as integrator between all internal stakeholders (e.g.: demand owners, finance, procurement, legal, etc
- Document, register and archive all relevant contract documents, according to our partner procedures and using the tools in place ( AdobeSign, SharePoint)
- Ensure end-to-end contract management lifecycle process
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary negotiation teams in a global virtual environment, including responsibility for contract negotiations, contract finalization and signature
- Prepare, manage, and negotiate claims to exercise the rights of our partner (as for example, recovery of extra-cost, extension of time, etc.), including support of the settlement processes
- Contribute to setup or review contract templates, guidelines, and process descriptions.
- Collect, prepare, and manage relevant documents in accordance with contractual deadlines and requirements
