Job description

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data pipelines and data warehouse. You will work with large datasets and complex data transformations, ensuring data quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop data pipelines using tools like Glue, dbt, and Airflow.

Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Redshift.

Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.

Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to understand their data needs.

Implement data quality checks and monitoring.

Troubleshoot and resolve data issues.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.

Experience with the following data engineering tools: Glue, dbt, Airflow and Redshift.

Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Available to start in 15 days, maximum

Living near Lisbon or Porto and available to work hybrid

Proficiency in English
