Job description

We are seeking, on behalf of our client, a highly skilled Data Engineering professional with a proven track record in designing and implementing advanced data solutions using Snowflake and DBT, alongside expertise in performance-oriented data modeling. With strong command of advanced SQL and proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, this professional combines deep technical knowledge with a strategic mindset to deliver scalable, reliable data pipelines. Self-driven and results-oriented, with solid experience operating in complex and high-demand technological environments.

Requirements

• Experience with Data Engineer/Data Quality Engineer in a fast-paced environment

• An expert developer using SQL and SQL-like query languages

• Have deep expertise in Python and have experience organizing Python-based projects

• Vast Experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks

• Vast experience with ETL and ELT

• Experience with Cloud Azure and its services.

• Have a strong understanding of different data modeling methodologies (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault)

Nice to have:

• Experience defining and crafting automated unit and integration testing frameworks for data projects

• Previous Experience as Business Intelligence and Business Analyst

• Experience with IaC's such as Terraform or Cloud Formation

• Experience with Tableau

• Experience with CI/CD automation - using Gitlab
