About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join an engineering team in Europe. You will play a key role in building, maintaining, and improving the infrastructure and deployment pipelines that support a high-growth global insurtech platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
Manage cloud infrastructure (provisioning, scaling, monitoring, cost optimisation)
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment frequency and system reliability
Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions
Monitor system performance and drive incident resolution
Contribute to internal tooling, platform improvements, and engineering best practice

Requirements

Requirements

Proven experience in a DevOps or Platform Engineering role
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in agile environments
Fluent English — mandatory (written and spoken)
