Job description

The mission of the “Digital Workplace” unit in IT Digital Foundation (IT DF) is to deliver a modern and “Touchless” IT service experience for our end users, enabling them to focus on creating business value.
To work towards this mission, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Experience Management Data Expert for our Digital Experience Management Service (DEM). You will be part of a service that provides a central experience hub, delivering real-time, actionable insights into every employee, helping IT shape smart and productive workplaces. This is a core service of the Digital Workplace Value Center. By doing so, you will have the chance to connect the service with automation excellence and data insights to unlock its full potential.

Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading and coordinating initiatives to manage the resolution of critical issues that affect the performance and availability of our IT services and systems.
  • Acting as a bridge between different service teams, providers, and business units, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress and outcomes of initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement of the different DEM onboarded services.
  • Performing ongoing thorough analysis of issues and pain points, leveraging data to gain insights on correlations, root causes, and impacts.
  • Analyzing day-to-day data to identify patterns that can prevent end-user issues, aiming to become proactive IT.
  • Collaborating with service teams and automation tooling experts to drive efforts that enhance service quality through automation initiatives like proactive alerts, anomaly detection, and resolution.
  • Collecting, understanding, and utilizing data to improve the user experience.
  • Overseeing and managing all day-to-day IT operations and applications of IT systems within the onboarded DEM services.
  • Leveraging data into actionable insights for automation.
  • Creating reports in PowerBI and other data tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of proven working experience with digital experience management tools and as a data architect in the information technology sector (experience in the digital workplace area is a plus).
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications, especially Windows device management.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, providing, and optimizing IT services.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment to developing, driving, and managing services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with medium-high English language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing), and the ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of stakeholders.
