What you'll actually do:

You won't be executing someone else's specs. You'll be the person writing them.
In this role, you lead the functional design of complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects — Sales and Customer Service — for clients undergoing digital transformation.

That means:

  • Sitting with business stakeholders and translating their problems into solid functional architecture
  • Defining the D365 solution, documenting the Functional Design, and ensuring the technical team implements exactly what was agreed — and nothing else
  • Leading UATs, training key users, and driving continuous process improvement
  • Mentoring junior consultants on the team — your impact goes beyond your own projects


Requirements

What you bring:

  • 4+ years in D365 CRM implementations (CE — Sales and/or Customer Service)
  • Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and define end-to-end solutions without supervision
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent

Bonus

  • experience with D365 Customer Insights (Journeys) and Microsoft certifications
