Job description

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in platform maintenance and upgrades, including server and software management, OS and driver upgrades, and security patch implementation

• Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog and incident management processes to ensure platform availability and performance

• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality control measures

• Proficiency in data management and analytics tools like Alteryx, KNIME, Talend, DBT, Snowflake, and Power BI

• Familiarity with data integration and automation using AWS services and REST APIs

• Understanding of row-level security and data access controls

• Create and maintain documentation referring to Applications within company context

• SQL and Python are a plus

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address user challenges and difficulties

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to provide user support through community channels and participate in meetings

• Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive environment for the user community

• Proactive approach to improving platform and data literacy among the user base

• Willingness to engage the user community with data-related challenges and competitions

• Flexible mindset

• Interest in knowing more and searching new solutions for current challenges
