Functional Analyst

• The organization’s business rules;

• The existing functional architecture rules within the organization;
  
• Best practices in functional analysis methodology (processes, flows, logical data design, interface design (screens, receipts, files), information mapping in interfaces between systems, etc.).

Requirements

• Knowledge of functional analysis techniques (interviews, actor identification, methods, UML, interfaces, and systems);
  
• Knowledge of process design (BPMN);
  
• Knowledge of data modeling (logical and conceptual levels) — essential;
  
• Proficiency in the native language (Portuguese) — spoken and written;
  
• Proficiency in English — spoken and written;
  
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, or proven experience in IT projects;
  
• Proficiency with the PowerDesigner tool;
  
• Knowledge of Information Management.
