Ilustrator

This is a hybrid position, 2x/week at the office in Porto (preferable) or Lisbon. 

This will be a project of high impact for the society, and we are looking for people that want to contribute and are enthusiastic with this.

If you have a proactive and creative profile, capable of interpreting the essential learnings of the project and propose innovative mechanics for educational activities, or propose the reuse of activities developed in previous resources.

Requirements

• Versatility in artistic style, as you will need to be able to adapt to different projects and target audiences (secondary and/or high school students) without being tied to a single visual style.
  
• Flexibility and creativity, being able to explore different artistic directions according to the needs of the project.
  
• Ability to document and systematize the visual style, creating art guides and instructions to ensure consistency in the production phase.
  
• Ability to create everything from quick sketches to more detailed pieces, depending on the need for iteration or finalization.
  
• Good communication and ability to interpret feedback, adjusting concepts according to instructions received from the team.
  
• Fast production without compromising clarity, being able to deliver agile and well-structured visual concepts.
  
• Some experience with games is required. Ideally at a professional level, but also for leisure.
  
• Someone who has contact with video games (whether mobile, PC or console);
