Job description

We are looking for Prototype Instructional Designers for a project in Porto or Lisbon.

This is a hybrid position, 2x/week at the office in Porto (preferable) or Lisbon. 


This will be a project of high impact for the society, and we are looking for people that want to contribute and are enthusiastic with this.

If you have a proactive and creative profile, capable of interpreting the essential learnings of the project and propose innovative mechanics for educational activities, or propose the reuse of activities developed in previous resources.




Requirements

  • Familiarity with prototyping tools, such as Figma, Miro, or similar tools, to structure educational activities in a clear and functional way.
  • Ability to transform pedagogical ideas into visual prototypes, creating sketches, wireframes or flowcharts that illustrate how the activities work.
  • Ability to structure storyboards, translating didactic concepts into organized sequences that guide the development of the interactive experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with instructional designers, UI/UX designers and Conceptual Designers, ensuring that pedagogical ideas are technically feasible and well implemented.
  • Ability to visualize and document interactions and flows, creating references that guide development and ensure the coherence of activities.
  • Basic notions of interface design, to ensure that prototypes and storyboards already have a structure that facilitates implementation by the UI/UX team.
  • Language Pt (mandatory native PT) Find out some type of experience with games.
  • Ideally at a professional level, but also at a leisure level.
  • Someone who has contact with video games (whether mobile, PC or console);
