Job description

We are looking for an IT Application Mgmt. Professional to work with Planon, an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), that helps organizations manage their real estate, facilities, maintenance, space, assets, and service requests in one centralized SaaS platform. It streamlines operational processes, supports data-driven decision-making, and provides standardized workflows across multiple environments (DEV/TEST/ACC/PROD). It also enables efficient facility operations, transparency, and integration with corporate systems. The working model is hybrid (2 days at the office per week)

You are expected to:
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into Planon functional configurations.
  • Support creation, testing, and deployment of new workflows, questionnaires, layouts, and business rules.
  • Reviewing incidents assigned to the Planon IT team and supporting root‑cause analysis.
  • Collaborating with internal Siemens stakeholders to ensure stable operations.
  • Best‑practice recommendations for optimization and automation.
  • Understanding of SaaS architecture and multi-environment workflows
  • Ability to work independently within a global corporate environment.


Requirements

  • Senior Level - English communication skills.
  • Mid-Level - Complex IT related processes understanding.
