Job description
Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary
point of contact for the project, coordinating between our partner teams and client stakeholders to address daily technical and operational
needs.
· Ensure project
documentation is consistently up-to-date, providing the necessary
pre-requirements for the team to execute their work efficiently.
· Lead technical
discussions in client meetings, report on task progress, participate in task
force or firefighting meetings, and translate client requirements into
actionable tasks.
· Proactively identify
and manage value-driven tasks with the client that contribute to project
success.
· Oversee and guide the
creation, prioritization, and delivery of tasks assigned to our partner ensuring alignment with project objectives.
· Become the technical
subject matter expert in our partner’s performance methodology, particularly in
addressing complex performance challenges such as production firefighting,
business processes optimisation or technical assurance activities.
· Provide technical
leadership by ensuring the successful delivery, implementation, and
verification of recommendations and solutions aimed at resolving major
incidents, and oversee service delivery to meet or exceed client expectations.
· Mentor and guide team
members on best practices and ensure technical excellence throughout the
project lifecycle.
Requirements
Requirements:
· Bachelor's and/or
Master’s in Computer Science or similar;
· 4 or more years of
professional experience in roles as:
· IT Operations Manager;
· Site Reliability
Engineer lead;
· Platform Engineer
lead;
· Production Support
lead;
· Devops team lead;
· Infrastructure lead;
· Cloud Operations lead;
· Systems Engineering
lead;
· Hands-on technical
expertise in last year at least in one type of technology solution (e.g.. CRM,
Billing, Order Management, Middlewares or similar enterprise complex
solutions);
· Good level of English
(minimum, B2 level).
Nice
to have:
· Willingness to travel;
· Experience ith APM
monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog or NewRelic)
and/or ELK stack;
· Experience with Issue
& Tracking systems (e.g. JIRA or ServiceNow)
· Knowledge in
troubleshooting applications in production environments (e.g., Weblogic, JBoss,
Databases, Java or similar technologies).
· Knowledge in
Cloud environments (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP);
· Knowledge using
relational databases or NoSql (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL,
Cassandra)
· Good level of Spanish.
