Job description

The mission of an IT Risk OPC Officer is to ensure, for the IT OPC activity within his/her entity, the realization of operational permanent control (control, oversight, reporting and follow-up) including the measure and the management of all operational risks linked to ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) in accordance with the framework as defined by the IT Governance of the Client, as well as the deployment and coverage of the IT Risk Management Group framework and IT Group Control Plan.

Main Tasks:
1. Follow-up and reporting (figures, alerts,…) of IT recommendations implementation (IG/Regulator/external/Permanent Control actions) in order to meet Group objectives                                                   
2. Assist in reporting and preparation of regular Function/Métier/Region IT risk and control committees                                         
3. Ensure that procedures, control plans, methods and tools are in place                                              
4. Measure and analyze the efficiency of the controls                                                  
5. Collect and analyze the results and actions plans with a critical vision                                             


Requirements

Technical Skills:
1. Knowledge of core Information Security concepts related to Continuity, Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk & Compliance (equivalent to ISO 27000-series standards or other similar standards/frameworks)                                          
2. Previous experience using GRC & Audit tools and understanding of audit processes and methodology                                                   
3. Proficient in IT tools: Word, PowerPoint, planner, etc.                                              
4. Experience working with IT controls frameworks including the identification of risk and the collection and review of relevant audit evidences                                            
Language Skills:
1. English is mandatory (3 – Expert)                         
2. Proficiency in French is valued (2 – Practice)
