Job description
The service to be provided aims to support end user related IT Communication and Experience management, with focus on Digital Solutions.
To achieve this, our partner expects the following competences:
• Creation of end user targeted content and communication materials like flyers, infographics, social network posts, news articles, FAQ, etc. which will drive successful the adoption of IT security
• Execution of defined user engagement operations in accordance with given procedures, and related administrative activities
• Internal social network management in order to collect feedbacks and to track the impact of the service across the organization
• Proactive management of content on the different intranet channels relative to upcoming tool features
• Collaboration with the Siemens IT User Experience team to manage the Digital Solutions service operations (engagement with customers, development team and design team)

Requirements
• Strategic, creative, and out of the box-thinking
• Experience with global (virtual) working environments
• Expert in developing and designing of end user related content and materials
• Understanding of and passion for IT
• PowerPoint presentation and Adobe design skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a comparable end-user related communication expert role
• Ability to translate technology into user benefits with user-centric approach
• Ability to work effectively across a global multicultural and multilingual team
• Ability to communicate effectively to all IT end-user levels
• Curious with experimentation and hands-on approach and able to relate to and interact with a diverse and global team
• Strong interpersonal skills, such as good communicator, team player and proactive.
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
