Job description
You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing IT Service Management platforms (such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or Jira Service Management) to support efficient IT operations and service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in customization, scripting, and API integrations on ITSM platforms (BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar)
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes, with the ability to implement them technically
- High level of autonomy, technical rigor, and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate issues, avoid fragile solutions, and document clearly to reduce technical debt
- Nice to have: AI-ready mindset – curiosity and pragmatism to identify where AI can support decisions and operations, turning those opportunities into concrete improvements
