Job description

We are looking for a Backend Developer that will be responsible for software development, specifications, unit testing and technical documentation for an iOT connectivity management tool.

Requirements

Mandatory:

Proven experience with Java 8 or higher (eliminatory factor).

Solid knowledge in developing REST APIs.

Solid knowledge in PostgreSQL

Availability to go to Aveiro office 3 days per week, starting in January/25

Valued:

Experience with Message Brokers (e.g. RabbitMQ).

Knowledge in Reactive Programming (Ex: Quarkus.io, Vertx)

Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture

Knowledge of JBOSS/EJB3/JPA/Hibernate

Knowledge in Junit

Knowledge in Json

Solid knowledge in GIT

Solid knowledge in Jira

Solid knowledge in SVN/CVS
