Job description

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst for our team.

You will be a key player in supporting our data operations and ensuring the success of our analytics platforms. You will serve as the first line of support for our clients, bridging the gap between technical issues and business solutions. By managing service tickets, conducting rigorous testing, and contributing to the design of new features, you will ensure our data ecosystem remains reliable, documented, and user-friendly.

Junior Data Analyst service plays the role in:
  • Service Excellence: Managing and responding to client tickets, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction within the data environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Executing functional tests for new features and updates to ensure data accuracy and platform stability.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Creating comprehensive technical and user documentation and conducting training sessions to empower users.
  • Solution Design: Participating in the analysis and design of new Change Requests (CRs), helping to translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • User Perspective Integration: Leveraging your knowledge of our tools to suggest improvements that enhance the end-user experience.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Junior Level - Snowflake Familiarity with Snowflake as a user/analyst, including the ability to query data and understand data structures
  • Junior Level - Experience navigating and interpreting Power BI dashboards, with an understanding of how data is visualized for business users
  • Junior Level - Experience with Mendix from a user perspective, understanding how low-code applications interact with business processes
  • Junior Level - A proactive approach to troubleshooting tickets and identifying the root cause of data discrepancies
  • Junior Level - The ability to document processes clearly and explain technical updates to non-technical stakeholders
  • Junior Level - Precision in performing tests and maintaining documentation to ensure "single version of truth" standards
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
