Junior FinOps Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a Junior FinOps Engineer for a hybrid project, 1 to 2 days per week on-site, in Lisbon.

You will be joining a FinOps team supporting financial operations for cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on the FinOps Foundation framework applied to Azure cloud environments.

As a professional we expect you to have a strong communication and interpersonal skills, an organised mindset and openness to constructive feedback. A genuine team spirit, flexibility, an innovative outlook and a strong sense of responsibility are essential to succeed in this role.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience operating within the FinOps Foundation framework, namely its three phases: Inform, Optimize and Operate.
Minimum 1 year of experience implementing and operating Azure cloud infrastructure.
Strong learning ability.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud (OCI).
