Junior IT Product Owner for UX Digital Solutions

Job description

We are looking for a Product Ownership of UX Digital Solutions, with strong focus on end user related IT Communication and Experience management, and Product Lifecycle Management.

Responsabilities:

• Overseeing the overall Product Lifecycle Management activities
• Creation of end user targeted content and communication materials like flyers, infographics, social network posts, news articles, FAQ, etc. which will drive successful the adoption of IT security
• Execution of defined user engagement operations in accordance with given procedures, and related administrative activities
• Internal social network management in order to collect feedbacks and to track the impact of the service across the organization
• Proactive management of content on the different intranet channels relative to upcoming tool features
• Collaboration with our partner IT User Experience team to manage the Digital Solutions service operations (engagement with customers, development team and design team)

Requirements

• Strategic, creative, and out of the box-thinking
• Experience in Product Ownership, Service Management and alike activities
• Experience with global (virtual) working environments
• Expert in developing and designing of end user related content and materials
• Understanding of and passion for IT
• PowerPoint presentation and Adobe design skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a comparable end-user related communication expert role
• Ability to translate technology into user benefits with user-centric approach
• Ability to work effectively across a global multicultural and multilingual team
• Ability to communicate effectively to all IT end-user levels
• Curious with experimentation and hands-on approach and able to relate to and interact with a diverse and global team
• Strong interpersonal skills, such as good communicator, team player and proactive.
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
