Network Manager (Junior)

Job description

  • Monitor the ATM network operations, ensuring optimal performance and availability;
  • Manage incidents, ensuring speed and quality in issue resolution;
  • Supervise and provide remote support for corrective and preventive maintenance activities carried out by technical support providers;
  • Monitor and control service levels contracted with suppliers.


Requirements

  • Degree in Information Systems / Information Technology or related field;
  • Knowledge of networks and/or systems and their respective monitoring tools/solutions;
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with intermediate English proficiency.
Nice to have:

  • Experience in monitoring payment terminal networks or telecommunications environments;
  • ITIL: Service Management knowledge;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized;
  • Relationship management and negotiation skills with different stakeholders;
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure;
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement;
  • Team player.
