Job description

The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of IT projects, with specific deliverables including detailed documentation (such as specifications and test plans) and high-quality software products.

This role requires meticulous planning and execution to ensure that project objectives are met within the defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints. Key responsibilities include:

Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines, resources, budget and milestones to ensure successful project completion.

Documentation Management:
- Oversee the creation of detailed specifications and test plans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets industry standards.

Leadership and communication:
- Lead the different IT teams, facilitate effective communication, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Software Delivery:
- Coordinate with the development teams to ensure software products meet specified requirements and quality standards, managing the entire software development lifecycle.

Risk and Quality Management:
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all deliverables undergo rigorous quality assurance processes.

Migration Strategy :
- Develop and secure a comprehensive migration strategy to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to manage data migration and system integration.
- Ensure the first days of production go smoothly, addressing any issues promptly and providing follow-up support to stabilize the new system.
