Product Owner - Health Tech Software

• Drive product initiatives ensuring alignment with our customers goals and product roadmap.
  
• Gather and analyze user feedback, translating it into actionable insights and product requirements.
  
• Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, clearly articulating user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
  
• Collaborate closely with the development team throughout the agile development lifecycle, ensuring that the product meets user needs and business goals.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
  
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the health tech software space, identifying potential opportunities for innovation and product enhancement.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products within the healthcare industry.
  
• Solid understanding of the healthcare market, including regulatory requirements, industry challenges, and emerging trends.
  
• Experience in gathering and analyzing user needs and translating them into product requirements.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
  
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, technology, business).
  
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (oral and written)
  
• Availability to go to Lisbon office 1 day per week if needed.
