Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner, who will be responsible for leading the development of innovative digital products within the pharmaceutical sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that meet customer and end-user needs. Proficiency in English is essential, as you will interact with international stakeholders.

• Full Professional English is mandatory as Portuguese.
  
• 2 days at the office.
  
• Having a car is mandatory.
  

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with the company's vision and objectives.
  
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  
• Analyze market trends and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  
• Create and manage product backlogs, ensuring task prioritization based on customer value and strategic alignment.
  
• Conduct sprint review and planning meetings, facilitating communication and collaboration among teams.
  
• Monitor product performance, using metrics to inform decisions and continuous improvements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
  
• Experience in managing complex digital products, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
