We are currently looking for a Project Consultant to support a major IT Service Management transformation project within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced professional with proven expertise in IT project management, ServiceNow, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

The project involves a major IT Service Management transformation within the financial services sector, focusing on the deployment of a new Service Desk and the implementation of a global ITSM platform that consolidates services from multiple partners. The project aims to set up a new ServiceNow instance and gradually migrate from legacy ITSM systems, supporting the overall ITSM transformation project.

Requirements

The client operates within the financial services sector and is looking for a highly experienced Project Consultant to manage the transformation project.

Key deliverables include drafting, organizing, and monitoring User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating data migration and cleansing (with a focus on service catalog, CMDB, and user portal), overseeing interface implementation, and ensuring knowledge transfer and hypercare support during deployment phases.

The reporting line is to the IT Run Manager, and collaboration will involve cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

Fluency in both French and English is required. The consultant should have a strong understanding of ITIL processes and CMDB, as well as experience with JIRA/Xray and formal project documentation.
