Job description
We are seeking a PMO with a primary focus on driving a systemic approach to project management support in IT projects.The PMO will support the company’s accountable and responsible Project Managers in achieving successful project outcomes, with an emphasis on the oversight and guidance required to enable collaborative project teams to succeed.
Project Management Office (PMO) service plays an integral role during the initial planning stages of any project. It creates structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints. Moreover, PMO will not only assist in identifying dependencies and possible issues across teams but also contribute to projects delivered within the company's quality standards.
Requirements
- Mid-Level - Support in the design of the development of the project according to the defined objectives, the
- necessary resources, the potential risks, the fixed deadlines and the assigned budget.
- Mid-Level - Monitoring and follow-up of the actions that are executed.
- Mid-Level - Periodic reports on the progress of the project.
- Mid-Level - Management of the necessary tools and resources for the project.
- Mid-Level - Risk analysis: identification and proactive resolution of risks.
- Mid-Level - Ensure goals are achieved and make recommendations when detecting eventual deviations.
- Mid-Level - Project Management knowledge and experience in IT related areas.
- Mid-Level - Experience working in Agile, Scrum or SAFe framework.
- Mid-Level - At least 5 years of experience in providing similar service.
