Project Manager / IT Scrum Master (Junior)

• Facilitate recurring project follow-up meetings.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage backlogs, ensuring that items are well defined, prioritized and estimated (ready for development).
  
• Manage project resources, including staff, budget and infrastructure, ensuring efficient use of available resources.
  
• Guide and empower the development team, ensuring adherence to the project management methodology.
  
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
  
• Provide guidance and support to remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team’s progress, ensuring a continuous flow of work and ensuring productivity.
  
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and the development team.
  
• Maintain transparency and effective communication with project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and results.
  
• Monitor project progress, ensuring that objectives and milestones are achieved within the established timeframe and budget.
  
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for senior management and other stakeholders.
  
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.)
  
• Strong interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  
• High resilience and perseverance to solve complex problems.
  
• Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively among diverse teams.
  
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
  
• Familiarity with project management tools. Experience and knowledge in DevOps (MS Azure) (preferred).
  
• Project Manager (PMP – Project Management Professional) certification (preferred).
  
• Scrum Master (PSM I or CSM) certification (preferred).
  
• Proficiency in English.
  
• Portuguese speaking Mandatory.
