We are looking for a QAE Architect with good communications skills.

Requirements

1. Test Automation Strategy: Expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks and test scripts.

2. Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD): Knowledge of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI.

3. Test Design & Architecture: Ability to design scalable, reusable, and maintainable test architectures, focusing on test coverage and test data management.

4. Risk Management & Test Optimization: Skilled in identifying critical test areas and optimizing test suites for efficiency and coverage.

5. Programming Language: Proficiency in JavaScript for test automation.

6. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Experience in leading QA teams, providing technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

7. Quality Metrics & Reporting: Expertise in defining and tracking quality metrics (e.g., defect density, test coverage) and creating actionable reports for stakeholders.
