Job description

Your responsibilities include:

-Installation and configuration of SAP software, including corrective and evolutionary updates (Patches, Support Packages and Notes);

-Exploration of SAP environments (Development, Certificate or Quality and Production);

-Start/Stop services;

-Content Exploration in the SAP Portal;

-.Analysis of startup logs and SAP traces;

-SAP profile management;

-.Copy and maintenance of clients;

-Management of SAP Online Support System (OSS);

-Control and correction of reported anomalies;

-Data purge;

-2nd Line technical support to incident and order management;

Requirements

You must have:

-Know-how and previous experience with managing SAP ERP, SAP HANA and BW (2 years);

-Proficiency with SAP Solution Manager and SAP Analytics Cloud

-Speak Portuguese (C1) and English (C1)

-Availability to work Hybrid (4 days in the Lisbon Office)
