Job description

We are looking for a Senior SAP FI/HR Integration Consultant to support global SAP S/4HANA initiatives, with a strong focus on Payroll and Travel & Expense integration processes. The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless system integration, configuration, and operational stability across Finance and HR landscapes.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will contribute to process harmonization, implementation projects, system enhancements, and support activities, working closely with international stakeholders across IT, HR, Finance, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Payroll Integration

  • Support end-to-end payroll posting processes within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Configure and maintain symbolic accounts, including wage type mappings and G/L account determination.
  • Monitor and support payroll integration interfaces and data flows between HR and Finance systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues while ensuring compliance with business requirements.
  • Participate in global rollout, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.

Travel & Expense Integration

  • Configure and maintain expense-related settings, including expense categories, tax rules, and cost allocation mappings.
  • Support integration processes between Travel & Expense solutions and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Ensure data accuracy, process consistency, and compliance with global and local business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve and streamline expense management processes.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support testing activities, system upgrades, and change requests.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and process standardization initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and scalable integration solutions.
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance during project and support activities.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI with a focus on Payroll and Concur Integration
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll processes and S/4HANA integration
  • In-depth knowledge of Concur (Travel & Expense) configuration and SAP integration
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programmes
  • Fluent English — mandatory (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
