We are seeking a dynamic Delivery Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of agile projects, ensuring they meet timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead agile teams through the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.

Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Manage project backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.

Coach and mentor team members to enhance their agile skills and productivity.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Scrum Master in an agile environment.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate teams.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience with project management tools and software.
