Job description

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our team. This is a position 100% remote.

You will play a critical role in facilitating Agile practices for our teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable digital platforms. As a Scrum Master, you will collaborate with Product Owners and developers to support cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.

Help the teams get up to speed on our processes, collaborating closely with the rest of the product Ops team.

Requirements

You are good at

Help the teams adopt our culture (especially taking full ownership of their product and it's evolution, their parts of the migration delivery and of responsibility for their own self improvement)
Where needed, facilitate sprint retrospectives or other processes to help the teams reflect on their own strengths and weaknesses and identify improvement opportunities.
Report on progress, sharing how well each team is adapting
Conflict resolution skills would be useful
Help other people in Product Ops learn how to facilitate team improvement
Experience in international projects
