Job description

We are looking for a Scrum Master able to coach the team or teams on Agile and Scrum. The Scrum Master should demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and support the organization and execution of the projects in which he/she is involved.This job position comprises a variety of different types of projects, including large-scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering and infrastructure upgrades.

As a Scrum Master you live and breathe agile principles. Through these, you have the focus to help build high-performing teams, be the Servant Leader whenever they need and enable their road to success. You will have to:

Ensure that Scrum and other relevant methods are understood and coach them.
Organize and facilitate the Scrum Ceremonies and Workshops inside and outside the
Agile Teams.
Focus on the needs of the Team members and enable them to maximize the value
delivery to their customer/stakeholders aligned with the organization’s values, principles,
and business objectives/strategy.
Be a change agent, not only for the Team, but also for the organization, by being an active force on our Agile Transformation.
Guide the team to develop metrics and estimates, and periodically evaluate the process to become better in making predictions and reducing risks.
Be a promoter of Transparency by raising project/team risks whenever it's appropriate.

Requirements

Between 2 to 5 years of proven working experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or other relevant role in the information technology sector.
Certified Scrum Master (e.g. PSM 1 / PSM 2 / CSM).
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills with advanced problem-solving skills.
Understanding hybrid environments and backlog management.

Nice to have: SAFe knowledge.
