The service to be provided has focus on designing, developing, and delivering robust data products that drive innovation within Analytics Domain. The technical expertise will be instrumental in shaping the architecture, processes, and strategies of our analytics ecosystem, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.

Senior Analytics Engineer service plays the role in:

• Design, develop, and optimize data products, data models, and pipelines that enable efficient data consumption across teams, enhancing business intelligence and analytics.

• Work with modern cloud-based data architectures, including data Lakehouse, to ensure security, scalability, reliability, and cost-effective data storage and processing.

• Leverage version control and CI/CD pipelines to streamline data development.

• Implement best practices for data quality and performance.

• Apply best practices for data engineering and analytics while optimizing and managing data transformations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business teams, to translate business needs into efficient data solutions.

• Partner with the Data Hub Team to ensure development adheres to standards and utilizes the latest technologies, ensuring data quality, compliance, and security are in place at launch and maintained over time.

Requirements

Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and designing ETL workflows
Expertise in Snowflake
In-depth knowledge of modeling data with dbt
Experience with cloud-based data architectures (preferably AWS)
Programming languages knowledge such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining robust data architectures to support analytics and business intelligence
Proficiency in using tools for version control and managing CI/CD workflows, such as GitHub or GitLab.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders, with strong English proficiency.
Data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
Experience with AI and machine learning tools and techniques for data analysis and predictive modeling
