Job description

To integrate the Customer Intelligence department, the client is looking for a Senior Data Analyst.

Tasks:

Translation of business needs into technical requirements and analytics solutions;

Creation and implementation of advanced segmentation models to deepen the understanding of customer behaviors, needs, and preferences, enabling the identification of patterns, trend prediction, and the development of personalized strategies that maximize business value;

Effective communication with different stakeholders, from technical teams to the executive committee;

Solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) in the banking context and the ability to analyze their impact on the business.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's/Postgraduate degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or related fields;

5+ years of experience in Analytics, preferably in the banking sector with a focus on Customer insights;

Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members, with demonstrated impact on their growth;

Experience in effective collaboration with data-related partners (e.g., Data Scientists, BI Developers, etc.);

Experience in Customer Segmentation projects;

Experience leading Analytics projects, with demonstrated use of data and insights to influence decisions in digital experience, customer communication, and product/service offering design.

Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to deconstruct complex problems;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills at various levels within the organization, with both technical and non-technical profiles;

Solid knowledge of data storytelling and best practices in data visualization;

Strong knowledge of database technologies (SAS or SQL);

Experience with Reporting tools (preferably PowerBI) and best practices in data modeling;

Knowledge of best practices in data management within the banking context;

Experience with Azure DevOps (preferred).
