Service Description: The person acting as a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. The service will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and subject matter experts, to identify and solve complex problems using advanced analytics techniques.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities of the service
• Develop and implement sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms to extract valuable insights from large, diverse data sets
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their data and analytics needs, and translate them into effective data science solutions
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, providing technical guidance and career development support
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the company's analytical capabilities
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner
• Ensure data integrity, model accuracy, and overall quality of data science deliverables
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's data science infrastructure and tools

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of of hands-on experience as a data scientist or in a similar role, preferably in a multinational, fast-paced environment

Experience leading and mentoring data science teams

Mid-Level

- Data Visualization tools - Qlik Sense / Qlik View / PowerBI / Tableau

- Mid-Level - Knowledge of data management (ETL) and Snowflake is preferred

- Mid-Level - Practical experience with agile methodologies

Senior Level

- Strong understanding of design principles and ability to translate requirements into technical

specifications

- Programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)

Strong self management and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Fluency in English is mandatory
