Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior On-Premises BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Portuguese and comfortable working in a hybrid environment. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining on-premises business intelligence solutions that empower our organization with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain on-premises BI solutions, including data warehouses, ETL processes, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in BI systems.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance BI capabilities

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in business intelligence development, with a focus on on-premises solutions.
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI), database management, and SQL scripting.
Fluency in both English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Must be immediately available to start.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication.
Experience in international projects
