Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Healthcare Solutions to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the definition, development, and delivery of innovative healthcare products and solutions, working closely with internal teams, healthcare providers, and regulatory stakeholders. Your mission will be to translate complex healthcare needs into user-friendly, compliant, and scalable digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare solutions within eSystems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business development) to define product requirements and deliver high-quality solutions Engage directly with healthcare providers, partners, and customers to understand their workflows deeply, challenges, and regulatory needs. Ensure products meet healthcare regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities effectively. Drive adoption and continuous improvement of healthcare solutions, ensuring measurable impact for users and organizations. Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector. Direct experience working within healthcare or for a healthcare provider. Solid knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and data privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and ability to translate them into digital solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills. Fluency in Finnish and English.
