Senior Salesforce Integration Developer

At Mindera, we’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with solid experience to help us design and implement effective CRM and loyalty solutions. The ideal candidate holds relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Developer, or Administrator) and has hands-on expertise across the SFMC technical stack, including AmpScript, SQL, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and APIs. We're seeking someone who understands modern CRM and customer loyalty strategies, can translate business needs into technical solutions, and is comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a data-driven mindset are key for success in this role. Requirements • Salesforce Marketing Cloud qualifications (Email Specialist, Developer, or Administrator) are required. A Salesforce Loyalty Management credential is highly desirable. • Demonstrable expertise across the SFMC technical stack, including hands-on mastery of AmpScript, SQL, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and APIs. • Deep understanding of modern CRM and customer loyalty principles, with experience translating business requirements into technical solutions. • Proven ability to analyse and report on campaign and loyalty program KPIs (e.g., engagement, tier progression, redemption rates), providing data-driven recommendations for improvement. • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills, combined with the self-motivation, organisation, and problem-solving ability to work effectively independently.
