The client is looking for a senior professional with experience in Information Technology, with a strategic vision and proven ability to lead teams and high-complexity projects. The ideal candidate will drive digital transformation and innovation, developing robust technological solutions aligned with business needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, system architecture, infrastructures, and organizational transformation management, always focusing on continuous improvement and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:

Lead the professional services unit, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.

Manage the execution of complex technological programs and drive innovation.

Plan and manage projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Lead high-performance teams and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Identify digital transformation opportunities to optimize IT systems and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology, with specialization in software development, system architecture, and digital transformation.

Proven experience leading high-complexity teams and projects, particularly in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Industry, Defense, Education, and Distribution.

Higher education and certifications in Project Management, IT, and Agile Methodologies (PMI-ACP, Agile SCRUM Master, etc.).

Strong strategic management skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions that bring value to the business.

Negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in tools and methodologies such as ITIL, Agile, SCRUM, and Management 3.0.

ITIL Certified

Mandatory

- ITIL 3 or 4 Foundation (People Cert or Axelos)

Desirable Certifications:

- Project Management

- Management 3.0

- PMI-ACP | Agile Certified Practitioner

- Agile Product Owner
