Senior Snaplogic Integration Developer

We are looking for a Senior SnapLogic Integration Developer for a position, based in Lisbon.

About the Role

You will join a Software Engineering team with extensive experience designing, developing and maintaining enterprise integrations using SnapLogic. You will bring strong hands-on expertise in building robust and scalable integration pipelines, connecting cloud and on-premises applications, APIs, databases and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate takes end-to-end technical ownership of assigned integration solutions, operates independently in complex environments and is committed to promoting reusable patterns and development best practices across the team.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain SnapLogic pipelines and enterprise integrations.
  
• Build integrations across cloud applications, on-premises systems, APIs, databases and enterprise platforms.
  
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs and handle data formats such as JSON and XML.
  
• Configure and manage SnapLogic Snaps, Tasks, Accounts and reusable pipeline components.
  
• Implement robust error handling, logging, monitoring and exception management.
  
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform structured root cause analysis.
  
• Optimise pipelines for performance, scalability, reliability and maintainability.
  
• Promote reusable integration patterns and development best practices.
  
• Support the complete integration lifecycle, from technical design and development through testing, deployment and production support.
  
• Work with Git and CI/CD processes for version control and controlled deployments.
  
• Create and maintain appropriate technical and integration documentation.
  
• Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps teams and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
  

Requirements

• Senior level: extensive hands-on experience designing, developing and maintaining enterprise integrations using SnapLogic.
  
• Senior level: strong practical knowledge of SnapLogic Designer, Pipelines, Tasks, Snaps, Accounts and reusable integration components.
  
• Senior level: strong experience designing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs and implementing API-based integrations.
  
• Senior level: comprehensive knowledge of enterprise integration technologies and patterns, including REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, SFTP and database integrations.
  
• Senior level: strong knowledge of SQL and experience integrating relational databases and enterprise applications.
  
• Senior level: strong understanding of authentication and integration security mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0, API authentication and TLS/SSL.
  
• Senior level: proven experience implementing error handling, logging, monitoring, exception management and structured troubleshooting within integration solutions.
  
• Senior level: experience analysing and optimising SnapLogic pipelines for performance, scalability, reliability and maintainability.
  
• Senior level: ability to independently manage complex operational environments and take end-to-end ownership of technical solutions.
  
• Senior level: experience managing the complete integration lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, deployment, production support and continuous improvement.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
