Job description
The service to be provided has main focus on providing support to clients on CI / CD Scanner integrations in current and new projects.
The role includes:
• Supporting clients with CI/CD Scanner integrations.
• Supporting client projects on integrations with applications.
• Implementing new CLI applications (Java, Python solutions).
• Performing fast paced and critical analysis on reported issues.
• Responding to customer support tickets in a timely and effective manner.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, reported by clients.
• Providing guidance and assistance to clients on the use of Siemens applications.
• Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
• Documenting and tracking support activities and resolutions.
• Identifying and recommending improvements to support processes and workflows.
Requirements
Senior Level
- English fluent with advanced writing skills
- 5 years working experience with web development technologies (pref. international teams)
- Java Skills – demonstraded experience on production environments
- Experience developing & maintaining CI/CD pipelines (pref. GitLab CI)
- 2nd line support experience & coordination with 3rd level
- Experience working with YAML files
- Bash, Shell scripting skills/experience
- Phyton (developing and architecture)
- Log analysis & analytical skills
Mid-Level
- AWS Cloud technologies hands-on experience
- Incident management tools (e.g. Servicenow)
- Microsoft Excel & Office (strong Excel skills)
- ITIL certification / knowledge
- Agile development methodology (pref. with certifications)
- Experience in creation & updating documentation
- Team player, willing to learn and adopt new skills
